Our most intricate project was a Funeral Directors based in West Bromwich. ​Their scheme was designed to be bespoke, catering to their every need. Our partnered architect designed them a future proof building encompassing Offices, Chapels of rest, Specialist Embalming facilities, Specialist Cold stores.

​This refurbishment was considered a 'change of use' by building control and had to undergo various checks to ensure the build conformed to current standards and regulations, ensuring the fire strategy was met as well as structural requirements. This job begun as a warehouse and is now a fully functioning Funeral Directors with all the specialist requirements met.
